Please note: Returned jewelry needs to be in its original condition, include gift boxes and velvet pouches, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way.
RETURN & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:
We want it to be an easy affair. For your convenience, we have included a pre-paid standard USPS return label (domestic only) and return / exchange form with your package.
RETURNS ARE INSPECTED AND PROCESSED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS
Returns are inspected and processed by our returns department within 7 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended. Credit is issued to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation. We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 30-day return period. They will be regretfully returned to you if you reject that return shipment, BNJ SHINE INC (Master Franchisee of Silver Shine for USA) jewelry reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit.
Note: You are responsible for filing a claim with the courier if items are damaged during return shipping.
REWARD POINTS RETURN POLICY
Please note - if you have already used rewards points from an order that is being returned, the cash equivalent of the points used will not be refunded for returned order.
1. Final Sale items are not refundable, it will only be exchangeable and the amount points will be credited to your account.
2. You may purchase with the same amount points or you may go ahead and purchase with higher amounts and the difference amount, you may pay by card or any other payment method accepted by BNJ SHINE INC (Master Franchisee of Silver Shine for the USA).
3. Personalized items with “engravings” and “photos”, such as rings, necklaces and bracelets, are non-refundable.
4. Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
5. For exchange of product, if the product has manufacturing issues, then the product will be exchanged and if the customer does not want to exchange the product then a one-sided courier charge will be borne by customer.
6. Once the product is received by BNJ SHINE INC (Master Franchisee of Silver Shine for the USA) then a quality check will be done, to determine if the product is in the same condition as it was shipped. Only then your product will be approved for exchanged and the charges will be paid by BNJ SHINE INC (Master Franchisee of Silver Shine for the USA).
